This online course provides awareness-level training on preventing workplace violence in healthcare settings, in accordance with Ontario OHSA requirements. Designed for all healthcare staff, it covers recognizing risk factors, de-escalation strategies, reporting procedures, and personal safety practices. A Certificate of Completion is issued upon completion.

Infection Prevention & Control in Healthcare Settings is a self-paced online course designed for PSWs, HCAs, clinic staff, home care workers, and new healthcare hires. The course covers essential IPAC principles, including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), infection transmission, environmental cleaning, and safe work practices in healthcare and community settings. Learners will gain practical knowledge to reduce infection risks and protect themselves and those in their care. A Certificate of Completion is issued upon successful completion.
